Well Mr or Miss Anonymous, Naomi is known for her many anger tantrums and lots strange objects fly around. So, this ad is making fun of her and she herself is in it.
you really cant dislike some people because they are just gorgeous, like i have nt seen any catwalk as exciting as miss Campbell's, she is like the broadway of ramp, i know she can be erratic and HUMAN and a bad one but with due respect and empathy to those who are "STAR STRUCK" I LOVE Naomi. No more throwing the weight round, give us sheer glamour!!!
